2-3 Working with a network that uses a firewall
If a firewall is set up between the management server and other objects (such as the management
client, managed host, storage subsystem, or CIM [Common Information Module] client), set the
firewall to allow communication through each port, as detailed in
Table 2-1 to Table 2-4.
If a firewall is set up between the management client (web client) and a storage subsystem, set the
firewall to allow communication through each port, as detailed in
Table 2-6.
