IMPORTANT: The information set by using Device Manager is not automatically displayed in the
Provisioning Manager window. When you set the information by using Device Manager, click Refresh to
display the latest information.
Each item in the window is described below:
(1) Provisioning Manager
(2) Storage Pool
(3) Hosts
(4) Provisioning Plans
(5) Transaction Logs
(1) Provisioning Manager
When you click the Provisioning Manager link, a subwindow for starting Provisioning Manager operations
is displayed in the method frame and information frame.
(2) Storage Pool
When you click the Storage Pool link, a subwindow for starting storage pool management is displayed in
the method frame and information frame.
(3) Hosts
When you click the Hosts link, a subwindow for starting host operations is displayed in the method frame
and information frame.
• HostName
When you click
on the left of the Hosts link, a HostName is displayed.
When you click a HostName link, a subwindow for viewing basic information about the host is
displayed in the method frame and information frame.
• File Systems
When you click
on the left of the HostName link, File Systems is displayed.
When you click the File Systems link, a subwindow for starting file system management is displayed
in the method frame and information frame.
MountPoint
When you click
on the left of the File Systems link, a MountPoint is displayed.
When you click a MountPoint link, a subwindow for starting file system expansion or deletion is
displayed in the method frame and information frame.
• Device Files
When you click
on the left of the HostName link, Device Files is displayed.
When you click the Device Files link, a subwindow for starting device file management is displayed in
the method frame and information frame.
PathName
When you click
on the left of the Device Files link, a PathName is displayed.
When you click a PathName link, a subwindow for deleting the device file is displayed in the
method frame and information frame.
(4) Provisioning Plans
When you click the Provisioning Plans link, a subwindow for starting provisioning plan management is
displayed in the method frame and information frame.
Allocation Plans
When you click
on the left of the Provisioning Plans link, Allocation Plans is displayed.
