The BIOS version does not apply to these servers.

Data Center Power Control works only on Primary Addresses of a system and cannot detect a system with a non-primary
address. If a system has IPV4 as a primary address and IPV6 as a non-primary address, Data Center Power Control only
works with the IPV4 address.

For VMhost with only an IPV6 address. Data Center Power Control cannot perform a graceful shutdown of guests. It will
only shutdown the hosts.

The Intelligent Power discovery feature is not supported when iPDU is configured with iPV6 addresses only

HP Power Regulator for Integrity servers requires Intel Itanium Processor 9100 series Dual-Core 1.6 GHz 18/24 MB
parts. It also requires HP-UX 11.31 with patches PHKL_36654, PHKL_37031, PHKL_37032, PHKL_36477, and
PHKL_36478, or Microsoft Windows Server 2008 with the "HP platform-controlled Power management" driver (other
operating systems to be announced). If Microsoft Windows Server 2008 was factory-installed by HP, the driver is already
installed. If you have installed Microsoft Windows Server 2008, then you must obtain the HP Smart Setup CD and
manually install this Smart Component. The Smart Setup CD is available as part of the HP Integrity Essentials Foundation
Pack for Microsoft Windows (T2369AA) or is available from http://www.hp.com under "Software and Driver downloads"
for your platform.
