4. Select Features and expand the SNMP Services on the right pane.
5. Select the required SNMP Service and SNMP WMI Provider. Click Next.
6. A confirmation page appears to verify the selection. Click Install.
7. Installation wizard starts and after the successful installation, click Close.
Installing WEBES/SEA
WEBES Support Matrix
You must first install WEBES/SEA if you have the following software installed in your storage
environment:
HP Storage Modular Array, Enterprise Modular Array, and associated Command Console software
HP Storage Enterprise Virtual Array 3x00/4x00/5x00/6x00/8x00 and associated HP Command
View device management software
Installing WEBES/SEA
WEBES/SEA 6.1 or later must be installed on the appropriate systems in your environment.
If you have deployed Insight Remote Support, WEBES is an integrated component of both Insight RSS
and Insight RSA. It does not need to be installed separately.

Upgrading WEBES/SEA
HP recommends that you update your WEBES and other remote support software regularly. HP offers
advanced and Standard Insight Remote Support Solution Types, which are based on customer
requirement and level of entitlement.
Uninstalling WEBES/SEA
Complete the following steps to uninstall WEBES/SEA for Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or earlier:
1. In Microsoft Windows, go to Start > Settings > Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
3. Find HP WEBES x.x, and click Remove to remove the software.
Complete the following steps to uninstall WEBES/SEA for Microsoft Windows Server 2008 or later:
1. In Microsoft Windows, go to Start > Control Panel .
2. Double click Programs and Features.
3. Find HP WEBES x.x, and click Uninstall to remove the software.
Configuring WEBES to send an XML event callout
WEBES sends XML callout information when it receives a EVA event notification only from an HP
storage device. WEBES/SEA analyzes this event and generates an XML event callout report, and
sends it to the Management Pack XML Event Listener.
