NOTE:
To remove the HP Storage WEBES Listener forSystem Center completely from your system, you must
manually remove the following files:
For a 32bit operating system:

~:\Program files\HP\HP Enterprise Storage\InstallLog.log
~:\Program files\HP\HP Enterprise Storage\UninstallLog.log
~:\Program files\HP\HP Enterprise Storage\SNMPscriptlog.txt
For a 64bit operating system:
~:\Program Files(x86)\HP\HP Enterprise Storage\WEBESListenerLog.log
~:\Program files(x86)\HP\HP Enterprise Storage\InstallLog.log
~:\Program files(x86)\HP\HP Enterprise Storage\UninstallLog.log
~:\Program files(x86)\HP\HP Enterprise Storage\SNMPscriptlog.txt
For the E5000 managed blade servers, delete the WMIscriptlog.txt file from the system drive
(C:\).
WMI Listener in OpsMgr 2007
The OpsMgr 2007 provides an in built capability to listen to the WMI events. It is used as a data
source module type and helps to:
Issue an event-related query to a WMI namespace at a polling interval.
Define an event-related WMI query that will subscribe to a particular event-publishing WMI class.
Receive notifications at the specified interval as WMI events occur.
Importing the Management Pack
Starting with HP StorageWorks Management Pack version 1.7.0, the management pack
HPEnterpriseStorageMP.mp is imported into OpsMgr 2007 during installation. In case
HPStorageWorks Management Pack 1.6.0 or an earlier version is already installed in OpsMgr 2007,
it is upgraded to the newer version after the installation is complete.
Complete the following steps to manually import the HP Storage Management Pack into OpsMgr
