NOTE:
If the test messages do not appear on the OpsMgr 2007 console, then in the system where WEBES
listener service is installed, look for WEBESListenerLog.log file in the ~\Program Files\HP\HP
Enterprise Storage for a 32-bit operating system, and ~\Program Files (x86)\HP\HP Enterprise
Storage for a 64-bit operating system. To verify the communication path from the WEBES through
the WEBES Listener to the OpsMgr 2007 in your environment, see Troubleshooting.
Viewing Events Using Windows
To view events in Microsoft Windows, complete the following steps:
1. Do one of the following:
• For a 32–bit operating system:
Go to Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer, and find WEBESEventListener,
as shown in Figure 24.
• For a 64–bit operating system:
Go to Start > All Programs > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer, and find WEBESEventListen-
er, as shown in Figure 24.
