Required and Recommended Patches

Before using the HA Database Monitor, be sure you have applied all

patches recommended by Oracle, particularly for the Oracle Intelligent

Agent product (Oracle SNMP), and speciﬁcally any patches pertaining to

master_peer (Oracle SNMP master agent) and to start_peer.

PHSS_20326 991201 The opcmsg protocol for communicating with

IT/Operations (ITO) is supported for managed

nodes running HP-UX 10.20, but it is now

available in EMS on HP-UX 11.0.
