Once applied, any subsequent d eletions performed on mailboxes contained in the given mailbox store
are retained for the number of days specified.
NOTE:
HP reco
mmends that the Keep deleted items for (days): and the Keep deleted mailboxes for (days):
parameters be set to 7.
Scheduling deletion from RISS
To schedule deletions, enable a scheduled event using Scheduler and establish a corresponding rule
using M ail Attender.

Contact HP technical support for assistance in deletion configuration.
Addit
ionally, note tha t two Domain.jcml attributes, MinRegulatedRetentionPeriodDays and
MinUn
RegulatedRetentionPeriodDays, define the minimum data retention period for a repository. They
are co
nfigured per domain.

The main Scheduler screen displays all scheduled events, their status, and type.
