DETAILS:

The server reported several Iad errors while running phase 3 ibrix_fsck. The filesystem needed to be mounted

correctly before running phase 3. The Ibrix_fsck leaves the filesystem in a "special" mount condition.

To correct the issue the segment servers need to be rebooted and remounted to resolve.

[root@fm0 bin]# ./ibrix_fsck -p 3 -f ifs1 -m /ifs1 -c
