Ibrix v2.2 Segment Servers can get stuck in failover if the NIC cannot be activated or deactivated on the failover
partner or if Iad will not accept the serial command on any of the preceding segment servers. If the Iad logs show
the command execution stopping on a different host then Iad may be stuck on that host and needs to be
restarted.
