3 Bug fixes
The following bugs are fixed in HP Insight CMU v7.1:
Backup and cloning
• Remove leftover mtab~ files from chroot before starting backup on the golden client.
• Set partition archive file permissions to 0600.
• Wait for the disk device to settle to possibly avoid cloning failures experienced on some nodes
having large SAS disks and smart array controllers.
• Clean leftover node entries from /etc/dhcpd.conf file on the management node after
cloning.
GUI
• Allow downsizing of the OpenGL canvas.
• Potential memory leak error fixed on the GUI: avoid GL_OUT_OF_MEMORY.
• Fix for administrator user login failures in GUI when bcrypt is enabled for user password
hashes on SLES11 SP2 management nodes.
• Add sun.java2d.noddraw=true JVM property to avoid possible suppression of Time
View display in Windows Vista running Java 1.6*.
• Fix bug with some NVIDIA setups to enable interaction with servers in the 3D Time View mode.
• Fix various GUI diskless bugs.
• Fix "Can't read node_list" error when adding nodes already in the diskless group.
• Color palette no longer contains the grey color because it could be confused with monitoring
engine errors.
Miscellaneous
• Fix bug in contrib/cmu_OA_monitoring to remove all from show server list
command.
• Fix bug in the HP Insight CMU collectl client to avoid possible mixing of data from other
metrics.
• Fix autoinstall to correctly substitute the network gateway address in the template files.
