3.1 HP Insight Control for Linux User Guide
3.1.1 Clarification on Note in Section 9.2
The following clarifies the second bullet item under the NOTES in Section 9.2. Replace the current
text with the text provided:
Current text:
• The AutoYaST templates that HP supplies use DHCP for hostname/DNS configuration. If there
are multiple interfaces, there will be multiple configuration choices.
Replacement text:
• The AutoYaST templates that HP supplies use DHCP for hostname/DNS configuration. If there
are multiple interfaces configured through DHCP, then the operating system can select any of
them as the host name during the installation. In that case, the host name the OS chose might
not correspond to the interface that you want the system to be known as.
3.1.2 Incorrect entry for SLES 10 SP4 in Table 15
The entry for the SLES 10 SP4 operating system in Table 15, Download web address for customized
initrd files and Driver Kit images, is incorrect. It should read as follows (which is the same information
as provided for SLES 11 SP1):
