Configuring the HP Event Notifier
When the system restarts after installing Insight Management Agents for Servers, the Event Notifier
Configuration Wizard runs to complete the installation process.
To initiate the configuration wizard, select Start⇒Programs⇒HP Management Agents⇒Event
Notifier Config. Use the configuration wizard to completely configure the notification service. To
guide you through the process, the wizard displays the following three screens:
• Welcome to the HP Event Notifier Configuration Wizard
• Mail (SMTP) Server Information
• Event Recipients Information
