Symptom: Remote Insight Battery Disconnected. The Remote Insight battery cable has been
disconnected.

Symptom: This trap is sent when an internal processor error threshold has been passed on a
particular processor, causing it to become degraded. This trap is sent when cpqSeCpuThreshPassed
transitions from false to true.
