Sending query o
rsearchresults
You can send search results to your email account. This includes results that you have placed in a
quarantine re pository.
To send results
:
1. Display the Query Results page by completing one of the following tasks:
•Submitasimple(see“Completing simple searches” on p age 17) or advanced search (see
“Completing a
dvanced searches” on page 18).
•
Submit a search from previously saved criteria (see “Accessing saved criteria” on page 28).
•
Access prev iously saved results (see “Accessing saved results” on page 28).
2. From the Query Results page, select the check box next to each item you want to send. Skip this step
if you are sending all items.
3. Click More O
ptions to open the menu.
4. To send all results, click Send All Items. To send the selected items, click Send Chec ked Items.A
confirmation message is displayed when the items a re sent.
Exporting query or search results
This section is specific to RI M for Exchange users. The RI M for Domino equivalent is explained in th e HP

included on the documentation CD in t h e RIM for Domino product.
If you have installed the Outlook p lug-in and are using the RISS Outloo k Interface customer option, you
can use the Export Chec ked Items and Exp ort All Items options in the More Options menu to expor t quer y
results. You can export query results directly to Outlook or create a PST file to save to an external location,
such as your hard d rive. You can also export results that you have placed in a quarantine repository.
To export results:
1. Display the Query Results page by completing one of the following tasks:

•

2. From the Query Results page, select the check b ox next to e ach item you want to export. Skip this
step if you are exporting all items.
3. Click More Options to open the menu.
