To complete an advanced search:
1. Click
New Search
in the toolbar, and then click
Advanced
. The
Advanced
Search
page is displayed.

2. Search using the following fields on the
Advanced Search
page:
– Content Type
: Whether to search for files (
document
) or email messages
(
email
).
– Search For:
Searches for words in the document or message body, but
not in message fields such as
Subject
,
From
, or
To
.
– By TimeFrame
: The time period to search. This includes the last-
modified date of a file or the date an email message was sent.
