Logging in an

Before loggi

• Microsoft I nternet Explorer 5.x and 6.x (recommended)
• Mozilla 1.x
• Firefox 1.x
To access the RISS Web Interface:
1. In the Address field of your web browser, enter the URL (web a ddress) that was provided to you by
your syste
m administrator. The web browser displays a login screen.
2. Enter your
user name and password. Both fields are case-sensitive. Click Login.TheSimple
Search page is displayed.
3. If your system administrator provided you with a temporary p assword, change your password
immediately af ter logging in for the first time. See “Changing your password” on page 32.
4. To log out, click LogOut in the toolbar.
