Unable to display saved results
Search results are saved for two weeks and then deleted. If you save the results of a query, but
the retention settings delete the files before the end of the two weeks, the results still appear in the
application, but cannot be reloaded from the saved search results. Clicking the saved results d isplays an
error because the application cannot find the saved results on RISS.
Problems exporting results
If you receive an error while exporting results or opening exported results, verify that your Windows
system has not associated the .dld file type with another application.
