1. Select Tools>Options>ArchiveOptions. The Archive O ptions p anel of the Options dialog b ox is
displayed.
2. Click Cac h e Options.
3. Click Empty Cach e .
Setting host information
Ifthehostinformationisnotconfigu red or if you need to change the settings, complete the procedure
described in this section. RISS Outlook Inter face, Message Expor t Facility, a nd Cache Manager must
have certain host information to function c orrectly.
To configure t
he host information:
1. Select Tool
s>Options>ArchiveOptions. The Archive O ptions p anel of the Options dialog box is
displayed.
2. Click RISS Options. The RISS Information dialog box is displayed.

3. To add a new host (a RIS S used to access archived messages), click Add.Toeditahost,selectthe
host and click Edit. Complete the following steps:
a. Enter or edit the host name or I P address in the dialog box that appears.
b. If the host is using a secure https connection, select the UseSecureConnectioncheck box.
c. Click OK.
4. Toremoveahost,selectthehostandclickRemove.
5. To change the order the hosts are queried, select a host and click Move Selected Item Up or Move
Selected Item Down.
6. The Search URL is the URL used when a user clicks the Search Archive but ton to access the RISS Web
Interface. To add or edit this, enter the URL in the Search URL field.
7. Click OK to apply the settings. Click OK again to close the Options dialog box.
