When a vparmodify command is issued targeting any other vPar or self, addition or deletion
of CPU by count is based on LORA guidelines.
For example:
Using the following commands to the configuration mentioned previously arranges the CPUs
as shown in Figure 3–3:
vparmodify -p keira1 -m cpu::6
vparmodify -p keira2 -m cpu::6
vparmodify -p keira3 -m cpu::3

The above figure shows the following changes:
In keira1, CPUs with the number 2, 3, 6 and 7 are removed from Cell 0.
In keira2, CPUs with the number 0 and 4 are removed from Cell 2.
In keira3, CPUs with the number 1, 2, and 3 are removed from Cell 2.
