Now, the 2 GB of memory that was freed from vPar0002 is available for use by other vPar or VM guests. This can be

Available memory for vPars and VMs = 4224 Mbytes
As enough memory is available in the vPar/VM memory pool now, the VM guest should be able to start successfully.
