HP Insight Management Installer
HP Insight Management Installer for the 7.3 release includes product enhancements. The following
are the changes applicable for the HP Insight Management 7.3 release:
• Supports a direct upgrade to Insight Management version 7.3 only from 6.3 or later.
• Supports Simplified Chinese locale.
• Supports Internet Explorer 11
• Supports the following new operating system:
Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard and Datacenter editions.◦
• Removes Insight Control server deployment, HP Insight Control server deployment SIM
Integration module and HP Insight Control server deployment Quiesce SIM Plug-in.
• Requires installation of HP Matrix Operating Environment capacity planning, configuration
and workload management and HP Insight Capacity Advisor Consolidation software prior to
installation of HP Storage Provisioning Manager.
