Step 9: Entering service account credentials
The Service account credentials screen allows you to provide the credentials Insight Management
uses as the sign-in credentials for services it creates.

Passwords must be only alphanumeric characters or []()<>_-!@$,.'*^%#&=`:|~;+\ and
space. Space is not allowed as the first or last character. Do not use a $ as the first
character. While entering characters for the password, a warning message is displayed
Spaces are accepted as password. However, you cannot use a space as either
the first or the last character of the password. If you need to change your password, see

New installation
The service account credentials are used to run services for the products.
1. Enter service account credentials for the CMS. These credentials must have a valid Windows
account.
2. Click Next.
Upgrade
When performing an Insight Management upgrade, use the existing Insight Management or Systems
Insight Manager credentials.
