HP Matrix Operating Environment 7.3 Update 1 Installation and Configuration Guide for Provisioning with Virtual Resources

Microsoft Virtual Network Manager fails to load during rapid provisioning of VMs on ProLiant
servers with Hyper-V Windows 2008 R2 SP1/SP2. The following error message displays:
Task for logical server has failed, failure virtual machine hardware
was not configured correctly.
The customization of the provisioned VM's fail and the infrastructure orchestration service request
fails.

2. Enable the TCP offload feature in the Hyper-V host.
• Access the Network Adapter Properties window for the VM host.
• Click the Advanced tab.
• Select the TCP offload options in the Property list and select Enable as the Value.
• Click OK.
