View a dashboard summarizing resource availability, provisioned servers, and request activity.
Templates Tab
View the templates assigned to the organization both published and unpublished. Templates can be assigned to and
unassigned from Organization Users. However unpublished templates can be used by administrators. Submit create
service requests using a template and the resources assigned to the organization.
Requests Tab
View a list of requests submitted by Organization Users and the details of a request. When viewing a request, the
Organization Admin has the option of suppressing some of the request messages.

The Organization Admin can cancel a request and approve or reject paused requests. The Service Provider Admin
can also approve or reject paused requests stemming from organizations. Additionally the Service Provider, but not
the Organization Admin, may receive email alerts from paused requests.
Services Tab
View all the organization infrastructure services and their details. Submit requests to delete a service or change its
lease period.
Servers Tab
View all the organization resource pools, and create, modify, and delete pools. Assign Users to the pools.
Software Tab
View all the software items that are available to the organization to use when creating a service from a customizable
template.
Networks Tab
View the networks that have been assigned to the organization and their details.
Organization Tab
Customize the Organization’s portals by changing various aspects of the login page and other pages of the Self
Service Portal and the Organization Administrator Portal. Aspects which can be customized include the organization
title, Self Service Portal Name, title and login logos, title and login images, title area color, title area text color, links
to appear on the Self Service Portal.
Additional features which can be customized by the Service Provider to meet the needs of Multi-Tenancy (such as
requiring the acceptance of license terms) are discussed in the laterAdditional features for Multi-Tenancysection of
