Before installing the client product, check the compatibility of the product with the Neoview

Getting the Version of an Installed Client Product
If you already have the Dashboard Client installed on your workstation, you can find out the
version by following these steps:
1. From the Windows Start menu, run Neoview Management Dashboard.
2. Note the version number, of the form N0n.0n, in the Dashboard-About window:
• N02.00 is equivalent to Release 2.0.
• N02.01 is equivalent to Release 2.1.
• N02.02 is equivalent to Release 2.2.
• N02.03 is equivalent to Release 2.3.
• N02.04 is equivalent to Release 2.4.
Downloading the Client Files
The HP Neoview Management Dashboard Client is installed by using an InstallShield wizard
that you download from the Neoview Management Dashboard Client pages on the Software
Depot. To navigate to the Dashboard Client pages:
1. On the Software Depot home page, type Neoview Management Dashboard in the Search
box.
2. On the Product Catalogue screen, click HP Neoview Management Dashboard.
To download the Client:
1. On the Product Details and Specifications screen, click Receive for Free.
2. In the Software Specification box, highlight HP Neoview Management Dashboard Client
for the product version you want.
