alertState: description: This indicates the state of an alert. Active
alerts of a resource help determine its
health status. Cleared alerts indicate that
the alerts are no longer of concern and will
not affect the health status of a resource.
Locked alerts are active alerts that cannot
be cleared or deleted by the user. Only the
internal resource manager can change the
state of the locked alert after the
underlying problem is corrected. Like
active alerts, locked alerts help determine
the health status of a resource. The
system will automatically set the state of
an alert to Cleared if the severity of alert is
OK.
