Configuring the Call-Home via Dial-Out Feature
The HAFM appliance has a call-home feature that provides automatic dial-out through the
modem to a serv
ice support facility to report Director, Edge Switch, or HAFM appliance
problems. The problem is logged into the support facility’s tracking system for resolution.
