user interface layout
NOTE:
• The minimum supported screen resolution is 1024X768 pixels. However, HP recommends that
you set the screen resolution of your monitor to 1280X960 pixels or higher to reduce scroll bars.
• The time references except for the messages on the message pane of the user interface pertain to
the management station time. Status messages refer to the local time zone of the machine on which
the browser runs.
• The settings.ini file located at <management station installation path>\conf
can be modified to change the default management station settings. The settings that can be
modified are explained in the respective sections.
The Login screen (see Figure 6) is displayed when you launch P9000 Application Performance
Extender.

Enter the username and password and click Login. By default, the username and password are set
to administrator. You have an option to change your password by accessing the Security screen under
Other Settings tab. The screen to change the password is shown in Figure 7.
