Troubleshooting
Success: If you see this screen, but you are still having the communication
errors or SBC performance problems, then the error condition is associated
with the Avaya Aura SBC Application, not the Avaya Aura System Platform or
the HP AllianceONE zl Module hardware. Contact your Avaya support repre-
sentative for assistance. For more information, go to the Avaya web site:
http://www.avaya.com/support.
Failure: If you do not see this screen, then the error condition is most likely
due to a malfunction of the Avaya Aura System Platform or the HP Alliance-
ONE Services zl Module hardware.
Note: If you get an error when you try to access the System Platform web
console screen, it may be due simply to the fact that the cdom IP address is
different than what you have used in the URL. See “Verify IP Addressing” on
page 16 to confirm that you are using the correct IP address for the cdom
webconsole access. You should also check to make sure that your internet
connection is working correctly, and that the proxy settings in your browser
are correct.
The next sets of procedures will help you attempt to restore access to the
System Platform web console, and to isolate where the error condition may
exist in the Avaya Aura System Platform software or the HP AllianceONE
Services zl Module hardware.
