4. If you still cannot access the web console, then try shutting down and
reloading the HP Avaya SBC product as described under See “Restarting
the HP Avaya SBC Product” on page 19.
If you still cannot access the web console, then the communications problems
you have been experiencing are due to an Avaya Aura System Platform error
condition. Contact your Avaya support representative for assistance. For

Restarting the Avaya Aura System Platform Web
Console
If you cannot access the Avaya Aura System Platform Web Console, then you
can try to restart the Web Console process using these procedures:
1. SSH to the cdom. From your terminal emulator program which is located
on the same subnet as the HP Avaya SBC product, SSH to the cdom IP
address. The default address is 192.168.1.50. If you have changed that
address, then SSH to the new address. You will see the following screen:
2. Log in as admin. The default username is Admin and the passphrase
Admin01.
3. At the prompt enter the command su to go to the Root command context,
then enter the Root access password (the default is root01).
