Module: From the switch CLI manager context, enter the command
services <slot-ID> <svcs-mod index> to go to the module’s svcs-mod context.
The index for the svcs mod service is always 1, so for example, if the HP
Avaya SBC zl Module is in slot I, you would enter services I 1. In that
context, then enter show tech.
hostswitch (svcs-mod-I:App)# show tech
Switch Logs
For more information about the status of the module and for possible error
entries, view the switch event log. Start the logging function for your terminal
emulator, then from the switch CLI manager context, enter the command show
logging. The output will be the last one hundred entries in the switch event
log. If you type show logging followed by the Tab key, the following options are
shown for the logging command.
To display the switch event log with the most recent event shown first, for
example, enter show logging -r.
Module Logs
You can gather module-specific logging information from the switch CLI. From
the switch prompt, enter the command services <slot-ID> 1, and at the prompt,
enter the command show logging. The output will be the last one hundred
entries in the module event log. If you type show logging followed by the Tab
key, the following options are shown for the module logging command.
