You have already installed and configured your HP AllianceONE Services zl
Module for Avaya Aura Session Border Controller product, as described in the
Installation and Getting Started Guide (5998-0301) for that module product.
The complete product consists of the HP AllianceONE Services zl Module, the
Avaya Aura System Platform, and the Avaya Aura Session Border Controller

product will be
referred to as the HP Avaya SBC Product.
This guide describes the processes and tools used to administer your HP Avaya
SBCProduct after installation and configuration. Included is information for
managing the module, and troubleshooting the module, if that becomes nec-
essary.
The troubleshooting information will help you identify whether any error
condition you are experiencing is caused by the HP AllianceONE Services zl
Module, or by the Avaya Aura System Platform or Avaya Aura SBC Application
software. The information will help you identify the nature of the error
condition, guide you through the use of some diagnostic tools to help resolve
the condition, and provide information on who to contact to get the error
condition resolved if you cannot do it yourself.
The information in this guide is from the perspective of the HP AllianceONE
Services zl Module with the Avaya Aura System Platform installed (HP
