20-Gbps VPN firewall modules
Configure jumboframe enable in system view first.
After rebooting the device, configure jumboframe
enable in Ten-GigabitEthernet interface view.
Overview
This feature is supported only on the Ten-GigabitEthernet interface of a firewall module.
A Layer 2 Ethernet interface might receive some frames larger than the standard Ethernet frame size
(called "jumbo frames") during high-throughput data exchanges such as file transfers. Usually, an
Ethernet interface discards jumbo frames. With jumbo frame support enabled, the interface can process
frames larger than the standard Ethernet frame size yet within the specified range.
To configure jumbo frame support on a Layer 2 Ethernet interface for 20-Gbps VPN firewall modules:
