SNMP Traps and Error Reporting
View Information About SNMP Receivers. After you define an SNMP
server, the server is displayed in the Management > SNMP Trap Receivers
screen.

You can view the following information about that server:
Destination Address—the IP address of the SNMP server
Port—the port number that the module uses to communicate with the
SNMP server. By default, the module uses port 162.
Community String/User Name—the community string for the trap. Receivers
are automatically assigned to the public community.
Retry Count—the number of times that the Wireless Edge Services xl
Module will try to contact the SNMP server
Timeout—the number of seconds that the Wireless Edge Services xl Mod-
ule waits for a response from the SNMP server before ending the session
Trap Version—the version of the SNMP trap sent to the SNMP server
