Deleting a DNS Server
If you want to remove a DNS server that is listed on the Network Setup > Internet
Protocol > Domain Name System screen, complete these steps:
1. Select Network Setup > Internet Protocol and click the Domain Name System
tab.
2. Select the DNS server that you want to delete and click the Delete button
at the bottom of the screen. A prompt is displayed, asking if you want to
delete the item.
3. Click the Yes button to remove the DNS server.
4. Click the Save link at the top of the Web browser interface to save the
changes to the startup-config.
Specifying a Default Domain Name
To specify a default domain name, complete these steps:
1. Select Network Setup > Internet Protocol and click the Domain Name System
tab.
2. Click the Global Settings button. The Edit DNS Settings screen is displayed.

3. In the Domain Name field, enter your company’s domain name.
4. Click the OK button.
5. Click the Save link at the top of the Web browser interface to save the
changes to the startup-config.
