Redundancy Groups

Configuring a Redundancy Group

Configuring Redundancy Group Settings

Redundancy group settings must match on all members of the group. (How-

ever, each member has its own IP address.) To configure the redundancy group

settings a module, complete these steps:

1. Select Network Setup > Redundancy Group and click the Configuration tab.

2. In the Interface IP field, enter the IP address of the module that you are

configuring. The redundancy feature uses this IP address to send heart-

beat and update messages to the other modules in the redundancy group.

(When you configure the redundancy group on the other modules, you

enter this IP address when you add a member.)
