Select Restrict replication to prevent all server-specic information from replicating to all servers.
This is used to reduce the size of the Email Miner database on the servers.
Use Replication servers to specify the servers that are to contain the server-specic information for the
servers within this Server D enition document.
Server status
Within Email Miner, you can view a mail server’s processing history including which mail users have been
processed. You can also see which information was processed and if the process is currently running.
This is done by opening view Administration\1. Servers\2. Status. This view displays a document
for every mail server .

This view displays the server nam e, the last start/end time, and the processes that were executed. If
opened during the execution of Email Miner, you will see the mail user currently being processed within
the Process Information column. The mail users are processed alphabetically (by rst name/last name).
If Email Miner did not nish its execution for any reason, Email Miner will begin with the mail user listed
the ne xt time it starts, and proceed forward until the last mail user is processed.
Specify mail user processing options
If you want to alter the Email Miner processing, perform the following steps:
1. Select the
Server Status.
Select the Server Status document that you want to affect.
2. Click the button.
Click
foundatthetopoftheview.
3. Select the o ptions:

•UseFirst user to specify the user with which the Email Miner should be gin.
•UseLast
user to specif y the user with which the Email Miner should end.
Mail user conguration
Email Miner will only manage the mail users that have a Mail User Information document within the Email
Miner database. If a document does not exist for a mail user within Email Miner, the mail database
will NO T be processed.
