3. Click Save Retention Now!.
4. To ensure that retention is enabled, verify that the domain’s Retention Status check box is selected.
If selected, the text Enabled appears next to the check box.
Changing th
e retention processing status
You can ena
ble or disable retention processing for a specic domain or all the RISS domains.
To change the retention proc essing status:
1. Locate the domain whose retention processing you want to enable or disable.
2. Complete any of the following tasks to change the status:
•Toenable
retention processing for a specic domain, select the corresponding Retention
Status check box.
To disable retention processing for a specic domain, clear the corresponding Retention
Status ch
eck box.
To enable retention processing for all domains, click Resume All.
To disable retention processing for all domains, click Suspend All.
3. Verify the status by noting the text Disabled or Enabled next to the Retention Status check box.
Viewing retention history logs
The Statistics and Logs area at the bottom of the Retention view shows the last data optimization runs
for each congured domain. The log includes each domain group, when a domain was reprocessed
last, and le activity.
