The PCC left menu contains links to two external functions that are not managed within the PCC:
•
"RIM M anagement" on page 79, which accesses the Reference Information M anager (RIM)
email mining system
•
"System Insight Management" on page 83, which accesses the HP Systems Insight Manager

This view provides an entry point to the email mining system. It also displays an over view showing the
mining system status for each domain.
For information on the mining overview, see "Mining O verview"onpage79.
To access the email mining system:
1. In the left menu, g o to RIM Managem ent and select VNC M iner[1].

er: Connection Details dialog box appears.
2. Click OK.
The VNC Authentication dialog box appears.
3. Enter the pa
ssword that was provided by your HP ser vice representative, and press Enter.
The Windows Welcome screen appears.
4. Place your mouse cursor anywhere in the VNC viewer and press F8. In the menu that is displayed,
select Sen
d Ctrl-Alt-Del to display the Windows login screen.

o call the Windows login screen by pressing Shift+Ctrl+Alt+Delete or AltGr+Delete.

NOTE:
Important! Do not use Ctrl+Alt+Delete. This key sequence does not work w hen logging
in to VNC from the PCC.
