2. PST Import Monitor displays basic data about the PST process status. To view specicprocessing
inf ormation, see the follow ing:
Item Information area:
•Total:T
otal number of items found in the PST les so far.
Processed: Number and percentage of items processed and submitted to RISS.
Rejected: Number and percentage of items that PST Importer c ould not process due to errors.
The PST Importer log le contains error information explaining why the item was rejected.
See "PST Importer log le" on page 92 for more information.
•Ignor
ed: Number and percentage of items that were not pro cessed because they could not
be submitted to RISS. These items include, but are not limited to, calendar items, tasks,
contacts, and message stubs.
Proce
ssing Statistics area:
Submitted: Number and percentage of items processed and submitted to RISS.
Tombstoned: Number and percentage of items submit ted to RISS and replaced by tombstones
in the PST les. This number is not cumulative and resets per run.
•Dupl
icates: Number and percentage of items not submit ted to RISS because duplicate items
alre
ady exist in imported PST les or duplicate items are already archived to RISS.
3. Complete any of the following tasks:

To collect statistics immediately, click Refresh Now.
PST Import Monitor automatically collects statistics according to the Refresh Interval specied.
The default is 10 seconds. You can change the automatic refresh interval to any whole number
