Use the Platform Control view to start, stop, or restart one or more servers on the system.
This view is useful to show the start, stop, and pending status of a server. H owever, you should use it only
when necessary for example, when you are upgrading a host o r before a planned power outage. The
Platform Control view should be used only by system adm inistrators or HP service representatives.

The following information is displayed in the Platform Control view.

Hostname
The type of host group, the servers in the group, and the full name of each server.

Status
The icon in front of the host name display s the status of the host machine.
A green check icon indicates the server is started and healthy.
A gray icon indicates the server is stopped.
A yellow icon indicates the server is starting or stopping.
