ing, and restarting servers on the system
1. In the Action drop-down list, select the action to perform:
Start: Start a single machine, start all machines, or start all ma chines in a selected server
group.
Stop: Stop a single machine, stop all m achines, or stop all machines in a selected server
group.
Restar t:Stop
and immediately start a single machine, or stop and immediately start all
machines or all machines in a selected server group.
Staggered Restart: Restart all machines in sequence, or all server group machines in
sequence, with a minimum of downtime.
NOTE:
StaggeredRestartcanonlybeusedwithsmartcell,HTTP,andmetaservers.
2. Toperformanactiononallmachinesinaservergroup:
a. Click the Machine Type radio button.
b. SelectthetypeofserverfromtheMachineTypedrop-downlist.
3. To perform an action on a par ticular machine:
a. Click the Machine radio button.
b. Select the machine in the Hostname column.
4. Click Run Now!
Performance Graph
Use this view to create graphs s howing different t ypes of system events over specied time periods. You
can generate two categories of g raphs:
System monitoring graphs that show idle CPU usage, free mem ory usage, or the number of
threads used.
Platform store and indexing graphs that show the number of objects stored or indexed on the
system, and the rate at which objects are stored or indexed per second.
