Description
Task Name
The name of the task.
Status
The following status t ypes can be displayed:
The task is enabled.
The task is disabled.
The Task Information summary displays the yellow icon if all congured tasks are
disabled. Otherwise, the summary displays the green icon.
Task Type
Thetypeofta
sk, for example Selective Archiving or Journal Mining.
Process Count
Journal Mining only: Displays the number of processes that are congured to
run concurrently.
Schedule Frequency
Journal Mining only: Displays the frequency of the processes that are congured to
run concurrently.
Journal Mining
The Journal Mining section contains information on each Journal Mailbox being mined. It includes three
areas: Exch ange Statistics, Process Information, and Message Statistics. If any of these areas has minor
or major error conditions, then a fourth section is displaye d. The fourth area, Processes in Failed or Retry
State, contains information about the par ticular processes that h ave errors.

Connection Status:
The Exchange server is available and communicating with the email miner.
A connection to the Exchange server cannot be completed.
Exchange Server: The Exchange server on which the journal mailbox resides.
Journal Mailbox Name: The name of the journal mailbox being mined.
Journal Message Count: The number of messages in the journal mailbox at the
time statistics were collected.
JournalFolderSize:Thesize(inKB)ofthejournalmailboxatthetimestatistics
were collected.
Failed To Archive Count: The number of messages in the FailedToArchive folder
of the journal mailbox at the time statistics were collected.
FailedToArchiveSize:Thesize(inKB)oftheFailedToArchivefolderofthe
journal mailbox at the time statistics were collected.
Process Information
Status:
No er
ror conditions for any journal mining process on the journal mailbox.
A journal mining process is in a retry state.
A journal mining process is in a failed state.
Active: The number of journal mining processes that were executing at the
time statistics were collected.
Failed: The number of journal mining p rocesses that were in a failed state
atthetimestatisticswerecollected.
Retry: The number of journal mining processes that were in a retry state at the
time statistics were collected.
Completed: The number of journal mining processes that had completed
processingatthetimestatisticswerecollected.
Queued: The number of journal mining processes that were queued for
execution at the time statistics were collected.
