After the desired changes have been made, select the Apply button followed by the Close button to

ﬁnalize the changes. The Advanced button allows changes to be m ad e which override default settings in

the RISS.ini initialization ﬁle.

Any changes made this way should only be done under the supervision of a Hewlett-Packard representative.

Editing journal mining events

The Journal Mining Event window has a variety of conﬁgurable options:

• Enabled chec k box: Here is where this event is either enabled or disabled. The default value is

disabled.

• Number of Processes: This box allows the number of processes used for each event to be

changed from the default value of 1.

• Frequency: These two boxes allow the time interval between events to be changed from the

default value of 2 minutes to any multiple of minutes, hours, or days.

• SMTP Address: Select the SMTP Address check box and enter the RISS Virtual IP (VIP) used for

SMTP. The VIP is the internal RISS domain that stores documents and is the same value as the

ipToDomainInfo attribute used in Domain.jcml.

• Recipient Address: Select the Recipient Address check box and enter <user>@<riss-domain.com>.
