email. The domain name must correspond exactly to the name specied in Domain.jcml for this
system. Note More than one recipient may be specied by separating the addresses with
commas.
RISS Domain Nam e:SelecttheRISS Domain check box and enter the name of the internal RISS
domain to which the email from this journal mailbox should be stored. The Domain Name must
match exactly the domain name attribute specied in the Doma in.jcml.
RISS Domain ID:SelecttheRISS Domain ID check box and enter the domain ID that matches the
domain name specied above. The Domain ID must match exactly the domain ID attribute
in Domain.jcml.
Server: Select the Se rver check box and enter the name of the Exchange server for which journal
mining is being congured. This server name must be resolvable by DNS in the RISS.
Mailbox: Select the Mailbox check box and enter the journal mailbox to be used.
Journal Envelope Patch:SelecttheJournal Envelope Patch check box to be able to change the
“Journal Envelope Patch default value from No to Yes to indicate whether the exc hange server
specied above is using the Microsoft Journal Envelope Patch.
Use TNEF: Select the Use TNEF check box to be able to change the Use TNEF default value from
No to Yes. If Yes is selected, messages will be sent to the RISS in TNEF format.
Delete Messages:SelecttheDelete Messages check b ox to be able to change the Delete
Messages default value from Yes to No and indicate whether messages should be deleted from
the Inbox folder of the journal mailbox and m oved to the Deleted Items folder af ter the messages
have been archived on the RISS.
Clear Deleted Items: Select the Clear Deleted Items check box to be able to change the Clear
Deleted Items default value from Yes to No and indicate whether messages should be cleared
from the Deleted Items folder after the message has be en archived on the RISS. Up to 250
messages will collect in the Deleted Items folder before it is cleared out.
After the desired changes have been made, click Apply button followed by Close to nalize the changes.
The Advanced button allows changes to be made which override default settings in the RISS.ini
initialization le.

Any changes made this way should only be done under the supervision of a Hewlett-Packard representative.
