Copying a scheduled event
Scheduled events can be copied by selecting the appropriate event and clicking Copy.

A window will open requesting that a name be entered for the copy of the selected event. A default
name is supplied. Click OK to create the event copy, or Ca ncel will cancel the c opy process.
If OK is clicked, the appropriate edit window opens. Make any changes and click Apply and Close to
finalize the changes.
A window will appear indicating that a companion rule for this event has been created in the Mail
Attender for Exchange database. Edit the rule in the M ail Attender for Exchange console interface in
order to a dd the information stores that should be included in processing the scheduled event.
Deleting a scheduled event
Scheduled events c an be deleted by selecting the appropriate event and clicking Del ete.
