A window will appear asking for a conformation of the delete request. Click Yes to com p lete the delete
process.
Click No to abort the delete.
If Yes is clicked, a window appears indicating that a companion rule for this event exists in the Mail
Attender for Exchange database and asks if it should also be deleted. Click Yes to delete it from the
Mail Attender database, or No to leave it in the Mail At tender database. Either way, the event will be
removed
from the Scheduler database.
Modifying rules in Mail Attender
The template Mail Attender rules that the RISS Scheduler generates when an event is scheduled provide
basic functionality. They are a starting point for additional requirements. The actions section of the rules
is very specic to the correct processing of information by RISS Scheduler.
CAUTION:
The actions sections of a template rule should never be changed without the specic g uidance of a
Hewlett-Packard support representative.
Modifying a rule using Mail Attender
Intheleftpane,click+ by Management to expand that folder. In the left pane, select Rules.Intheright
pane, doub le click on the rule (created by the R ISS Scheduler) to be modied.
