The rst area shows the status of the Launch Manager Service. This service lau nches the enab led events
dened in the Scheduler. From this area, you can start or stop the ser vice. You can also set the refresh
interval. The Launch Manager Service must be running” for any event to be scheduled.
The second area provides a series of radio buttons that allow the displayed data to be ltered by different
categori
es.
Active Only scheduled events that a re currently active will be displayed.
Failed Only events that have a failed status will be displayed.
Complet
e Only events that have a complete status will be displayed.
Queued Only events that have a queued status will be displayed.
All All events will be displayed
The lowe
r area displays the event data according to the selected lter type. The data for each event is
broken d
own into twelve different columns. Note that some columns may be irrelevant for certain event
types (e.g. journal mining events will never display a value in the “Tombstoned” column).

Rate:-
The way the processing rate is calculated is dependent on how the events are ltered. If
the ev
ents are ltered by Failed, Complete,orQueued, then the rate is an average rate calculated
by the
formula (Processed + Rejected + Ignored) / Elapsed Time.
If the
events are ltered by Active or All, then the rate is a current rate calculated by the formula
((Last Processed + Last Rejected + Last Ignored) (Current Processed + Current Rejected + Current
Ignored)) / (Last Elapsed Time Current Elapsed Time).
Processed: - The accumulated number of items processed by this event.
Reje
cted: - The accumulated number of items rejected for processing by this event.
Ignored: - The accumulated number of items ignored for processing by this event.
Submitted: - The accumulated number if items s ubm i tted to the RISS for a rchiving by this event.
Tom
bstoned: - The accumulated number of items that were Tombstoned by this event.
Type: - The t ype of event that was created in Scheduler.
Elapsed Time: - The accumulated amount of time, in seconds, the event has run.
Las
tRun: - The last time the event was successfully co mpleted.
Log Information:–Thecurrentstatusoftheevent.
File Name: - The name of the data
le that the event is processing.
