Use the ASP sect
ion to change the appearance of RISS archived items, and to set the UseProperty
Template flag.
For OWA RISS, a mail item that is RISS archived will optionally display the RISS icon. The ad ministrator
may disable the appearance of the icon by changing the Icon configuration setting.
The UsePropert yTemplate flag should be set TRUE for Exchange 2000. Exchange 2003 does the right
thing by default; the flag setting is harmless for Exchange 2003, but set it to FALSE to save unnecessary
steps.

Browser functionality
OWA has two modes of op eration, Premium and Basic. The mode of operation and configuration is an
enterprise decision and is described in the Microsoft OWA install manual. Premium operation has the
look and feel of MS-Outlook. Basic operation is similar but may have reduced functionality.
Multi-user support
Any number of users can access their email through OWA at the same time. Limits are only dependent
on the size and performance of the underlying MS-Exchange servers and corresponding hosting web
site. Becau
se this is a web access script, there are expected sma ll delays that t ypically occur during
web site access.

Requirements for Domino server configuration
To configure your Domino server to enable Lotus Notes selective archiving, you might need to perform the
following tasks:
1. Configure the LDAP service. Because LDAP is not man datory on Domino servers, you m ight need
to enable this service.
